Aeth Friday glee i Llanberis am y tro cyntaf

The Friday post of glee is where you get to tell us about your climbing-related happiness this week.

Cool! I have no idea where that is, but any time you get to climb someplace new is good.

Basically: Llanberis is the epicentre of climbing in North Wales, which is one of the greatest and most history-rich climbing areas of the UK.

It'd be a bit like saying, in a US context, "I went to Yosemite for the first time".

And I was there doing a five-day trad course (finally made it on one!).

Whence much glee. *g*

Very cool, then! I figured it was in Wales, but beyond that, had no notion. So now I'm more educated about UK climbing!
