The Friday post of glee is where you get to tell us about your climbing-related happiness this week.
It can be a new achievement or adventure, or just that you climbed and had fun; it can be that your favourite climbing wall is expanding or that you bought new rock shoes or that you found a cool ice-climbing vid on YouTube. No glee is too small -- or too big. Members are encouraged to cheer each other on and share the squee.
N.B. Please feel free to post your glee on any day of the week; the Friday glee is just to get the ball rolling.
To enhance this week's glee: Adam Ondra spends a few hours on the gritstone.

Date: 2014-05-11 07:11 pm (UTC)Possibly because I didn't get a huge amount of climbing in after that, since I couldn't fit my heel into my climbing shoes any more and ended up wearing someone else's two-sizes-too-big worn-out spare Anasazis with a lot of pairs of socks, and also wasn't entirely sure I hadn't broken something so didn't want to bang my heel again ...
Still got to do Pebble Flakes, though:

And really, when it's a gorgeous day and you're outdoors and you're at Stanage and eating a picnic and watching people throw themselves at Deliverance, life can't be too bad. *g*
