I'm still trying to figure out my first climbing date. DAMN!
I'm also looking into liquid chalk. I'm hearing that a lot of gyms are asking people to use it to help keep the air cleaner. As someone who generally comes home looking like I rolled in my chalk bag, I thought this was reasonable.
But I just have no idea what to try. If anyone has any experience with liquid chalk, or has suggestions, feel free to toss them my way!
Because of the alcohol percentage, it functions effectively as hand sanitizer too (though obviously you don't need to worry so much about that, and the risk of surface transmission is probably relatively low anyway, but it's a nice bonus).
Thank you! I was wanting one with alcohol because of the sanitizing aspect of it. I will definitely look at that, and I really appreciate the recommendation!
I'm a fan of liquid chalk anyway; it seems like I need to chalk up much less often than with solid chalk.
The bouldering wall in London I most often go to (went to) switched several years back to asking people to only use liquid chalk, because the clouds of chalk in the air when it was busy was tough on anyone with asthma or other breathing issues.
