Post-climbing stretches

'Cause I'm just back from climbing, and therefore the subject's on my mind:
What do you do by way of stretching after climbing?
Personally, I've learned the hard way that I need to do at least a few cool-down stretches or my fingers and forearms start to seize up.
I usually try to do the flexor and extensor stretches from Treating "Climber's Elbow" and the finger stretches from the book One Move Too Many (basically, you fold each finger down, then bend it back while in the folded position, so you get the stretch at the very base of the finger) before I leave the climbing wall.
(I do a lot of yoga at home, especially shoulder-opening poses, so I figure everything else gets taken care of then.)
