The Friday post of glee is where you get to tell us about your climbing-related happiness this week.

It can be a new achievement or adventure, or just that you climbed and had fun; it can be that your favourite climbing wall is expanding or that you bought new rock shoes or that you found a cool ice-climbing vid on YouTube. No glee is too small -- or too big. Members are encouraged to cheer each other on and share the squee.

Again with the no climbing, but I have been introduced to a new exercise for your lower back muscles/core (at boxing) that is pure evil. "Fish out of water."

You like on your stomach. You raise your hands/arms and head up (hands above head if possible - definitely not possible for me). You raise your legs/feet up. You then raise and lower your hands without touching the floor in conjunction with spreading your legs/feet apart and putting them together without touching the floor.

This exercise is evil. Especially when you're supposed to do it for two minutes.
