Friday glee is all about the no-hands rest

The Friday post of glee is where you get to tell us about your climbing-related happiness this week.

It can be a new achievement or adventure, or just that you climbed and had fun; it can be that your favourite climbing wall is expanding or that you bought new rock shoes or that you found a cool ice-climbing vid on YouTube. No glee is too small -- or too big. Members are encouraged to cheer each other on and share the squee.

It looks like there's climbing in my life next week. I'm supposed to climb with the self-injuring partner. (The reason she disappeared for several months? Broke her foot. Yeah, I'm leaving that alone, too.)

Also, got invited to join in with another former climbing partner and his friends a couple of nights a week beginning next week.

So, we shall see!

I have glee because today I got my first V6 since I injured my foot at the start of the year.

Also, I'm getting to spend a fortnight on the Yorkshire gritstone in August, yay.
