If nothing else, it's a unique experience. I felt like I was probably only getting about 25% of what he was trying to convey, but if I could practice and integrate it, that 25% would make several grades of difference to my climbing. I did moves during the workshop that I'd have sworn I could not possibly do.
(The remaining 75%, I am memorizing in case one day I am ever movement-smart enough to understand it.)
