This time on certain Camalots and Camalot Ultralights (also ascenders and via ferrata gear), in addition to February's recall on slings, carabiners and quickdraws.

If you've got any BD gear, time to check the manufacturing codes to make sure it's not in the problem batches.

This is rather worrying -- looks like they might have had a major failure of quality control -- hence my signal-boosting.
