OH NO! There's no Friday Glee?

It's 2015. My climbing goal of the new year is to climb more. Whether I'm good or bad, strong or not, whatever level I can do - I want to climb.
Nothing seems to make me happier than being on the wall.
I was already well into middle age when I started. A 55 year old woman who was 40 pounds overweight and had always been terrified of heights. I'd been reading the lovely journal of a woman who started climbing at 45. The way she wrote about climbing made me want to try it.
I sent e-mail to the local rock gym saying, "I'm 55 years old, terrified of heights, but I think I want to do this."
The manager there invited me to come in before the gym opened and he would give me a climbing lesson. My first climb was up a slab wall with a gazillion juggy holds and 25 feet high. I got to the top and came back down and had the biggest smile on my face ever. I was in love. I said, "I want to do it again!" And I did.
