I have strained my left elbow, so I couldn't climb the 5.9 overhang on Wednesday. (I strained it on Monday's climb.) So I'm giving it a good rest, with lots of treatment to allow the inflammation to go down so I can (eventually) get that route!
In other news, my rheumatologist turned me on to magnesium gel for the bursitis in my left hip. (It is arthritic as well, but the bursitis causes me more pain.) The gel works fantastic! If you get the gel rather than the oil, it doesn't stain your clothes. So anyone with bursitis - give it a try!
