Friday glee does not believe that greed is good

The Friday post of glee is where you get to tell us about your climbing-related happiness this week.

It can be a new achievement or adventure, or just that you climbed and had fun; it can be that your favourite climbing wall is expanding or that you bought new rock shoes or that you found a cool ice-climbing vid on YouTube. No glee is too small -- or too big. Members are encouraged to cheer each other on and share the squee.

Last week I finally finished a really hard 5.9 route that I'd never gotten above the half-way point of in the past. There was a lot of swinging and swearing that went on, but I managed to get all the moves.

My partner got her first 5.10. I think our plan to climb 3 times a week is making us both stronger!
