Friday glee has a split screen

The Friday post of glee is where you get to tell us about your climbing-related happiness this week.

It can be a new achievement or adventure, or just that you climbed and had fun; it can be that your favourite climbing wall is expanding or that you bought new rock shoes or that you found a cool ice-climbing vid on YouTube. No glee is too small -- or too big. Members are encouraged to cheer each other on and share the squee.

Well, the old climbing partner (the self-injuring one) has resurfaced again. We'll see if it leads to climbing.

I managed to go climbing this week \o/ (Yes I'm celebrating the small things)
Thanks to the route setters love for their new volumes, I also took most of the skin of my forearms. (This makes me happier than it logically should...)

LOL. I totally get that. I once ended up with a horrible bruise and a lump on one arm from struggling with a hard route. I showed it off for days.
