GLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
Just sent that new V7? Headed to Spain to try your footwork out on La Rambla? Set foot in a climbing gym for the first time and decided you kinda liked it there? Just bought cute new shoes? Tell us about it. All your climbing related happiness is welcome.
(My glee is remembering to post two weeks in a row.)

I went to the Arch today & lo! they have reset about everything since I was last there. In glee! news, a) I went climbing & my foot didn't actually fall off! (although I did have to avoid putting significant weight on the inside edge on that foot, which was a little limiting
but a good excuse on the problem I fell off twice); b) I climbed 2 x V1 without any bother at all, and even felt like I might be doing it in a vaguely competent fashion (as opposed to the Panicked Scramble approach).no subject
Yay for V1s! Yay for your foot not falling off! Though it is vitally important to have one's excuses ready to hand, and nodding sagely and referring vaguely to an injury is always a good one ...
(Btw, I don't know if you have any interest at all in yoga, but since you're in that general area, I thought I'd mention I found out that there's a yoga studio just down the street from the Arch.)

I love moving past the Panicked Scramble into the fluid motions and Oh, I get it now feeling. It's a great feeling. :)
