friday glee
Time to post your glee! What bit of climbing awesome did you accomplish this week? What made you proud? Happy? What was just plain cool? Post your glee and feel free to cheer other people on for their accomplishments.
My glee, let me show you it!
And I am still all CAPSLOCK about it because this is a huge, huge deal for me.
(For people who don't already know this stuff about me: I've been climbing for 11 months, I'm fairly seriously dyspraxic, and I've avoided all sports with fear and loathing for over twenty years. So the fact that I've made any progress at all is a big deal for me; a V5 is monumental.)
Re: My glee, let me show you it!
I almost mentioned you in the main post, but I didn't want to put you on the spot or make you feel self-conscious, so I held off. But I'm really really happy for you. :)
Re: My glee, let me show you it!
As one of the people who didn't know your background - and admittedly I just had to look up dyspraxia (not because of the language) - I have to say this is even more (awe-)inspiring.
Have you celebrated appropriately?

Have you celebrated appropriately?
Actually I just collapsed in a small exhausted heap *g*.
