Friday glee now knows what a 9a slab looks like

The Friday post of glee is where you get to tell us about your climbing-related happiness this week.

It can be a new achievement or adventure, or just that you climbed and had fun; it can be that your favourite climbing wall is expanding or that you bought new rock shoes or that you found a cool ice-climbing vid on YouTube. No glee is too small -- or too big. Members are encouraged to cheer each other on and share the squee.

N.B. Please feel free to post your glee on any day of the week; the Friday glee is just to get the ball rolling.

Cool video! I came prepared to make a post, but you'd done it! (grin)

I'm hoping to get some Friday night climbing in. I had to cancel Wednesday because I was meeting with a woman whose book I edited. (sigh)

I got yesterday's post up shortly before piling into a minibus, and am currently connected to the net through a Heath Robinson arrangement that makes dial-up look speedy ...

Nope, Friday climbing didn't happen. But I'd had to cancel on Wednesday, so I couldn't very well complain that she had to cancel on Friday. So we're going to try again next week.

If you need, I'll be happy to post next Friday. I'm in the USA, so 6 hours later than you, but I'll happily post if there's nothing up when I get up that morning.
