I'm climbing this morning! YAY! First time in over two weeks.
I've been walking in a warm pool in a fitness gym to try to build stamina. My endurance has sucked because I'm not able to climb regularly because I have a partner with scheduling problems. But with the addition of the pool work and a second partner who can climb on Friday mornings, I'm on my way to getting better.
