After being fairly low-energy for a while (following exhaustion and a long-running cold), I unexpectedly nailed the hard traverse.

And the lessons from the Johnny Dawes masterclass seem to be sinking into my brain: I managed a V4 with a ridiculously complex balance-y dyno, which filled me with delight -- such a beautiful, beautiful move. Made me very happy.
