I noticed you said something like this before as well but I can't quite picture what you mean. Could you go into this a bit more? I tend to do a lot of physical learning through thinking and it's really helpful if I can internalise ideas like this before I try them out.
Do you mean that bending my arms is a warning sign for pulling whereas if I keep them straight then I must be using my legs? But then, I will still need to take up the slack in my arms as I rise - are you saying I should lean away from the wall with straight arms to achieve that?
